I would like to create a "shortcut" to a file on a server and send it as a shortcut in a LotusNotes email.  I want to do this because the file is rather large and instead of sending it as an attachment, I would rather have a link to it instead.  Can this be accomplished easily?  In addition, I would like to make it easy to change the file link.

Any ideas?
