troubleshooting Question

Outlook Forms via SMTP

We recently purchased a company that was using an Outlook Form. Sending the form within their Exchange organization was no problem, the recipient of the form was able to view it intact. Now that some of the users are an my Exchange organization (different org, I have posted the same exact form. They are now sending that form to a Custom Recipient through my Internet Mail Connector (IMS), through my SMTP relay (Tumbleweed MMS) across the WAN to their SMTP relay (Mail Sweeper), and through their IMS. The message arrives without the form, only a blank message with my disclaimer. Microsoft was unable to help me, all the rich text settings that are recommended are selected. I can't find any info out there that will resolve my problem. HELP!!!
