What Kind of virus do I have?

It appears our network has a virus. What the extent of the damage is unknown. 1 curious note is it has seemed to have found some of my compiled VB6 Programs. Compiled with the VB6 Compiler or I have an after-market compiler from bitarts also. The Bit-arts compiler completely does not work, it comes up with an error message at startup that says that it has been modified by a possible virus. The VB applications that reside on a server have a modified date within the last 24 hours. Some of the exe's I haven't touched for a couple years. It appears that some kind of virus has 'glued' themselves to my .exe's and every client that then has run the .exe has been infected with multiple symptoms.

What virus is this ????

The way to determine if you have a virus is to get a virus scanner.  What you describe matches about 5000 different virus so you will probably not a correct answer here.

Use a different computer to generate a boot disk.  Use that to boot that computer.  Run the scanner software (McAfee, Norton Antivirus, etc.) and it will not only tell you what virus(es) you have, but will also attempt to fix it or at least "quarantine" it in every affected file.

What kind of virus do you want - there are thousands of different types out there - take rspahitz advice - get some anti virus software. Alternatively use the online services available free of charge.
