Video capture no sound?

I have a video capture card name "TV Excel",when I capture from VCR, I can get picture,but have no sound.My sound card is Creative vibra 128.Anyone have an idea? lot of thank.

Have you plugged in properly? You need to connect the audio cable from your VCR to your your capture card then only another cable for your capture card to sound card.

Connection.
VCR(audio out) to Capture card(audio-in)
after that
Capture card(audio-out) to Sound card(line-in)

You may double click on the speaker icon from your start bar to check your Line-in is mute or not.

First of all I would like to say sorry to slink9.

I have this problem b4, i mean same with lieuhue don't have sound after capture. I just share mine knowledge together only, thats y i put it as a comment and not the answer.

LIEUHUE, beside that try to check the driver also.
You may check it at the Start-Control Panel-System-Device Manager. Pls check there have the audio capture driver or not. If no, then try to reinstall your driver again.
