I have just got a new PC and have installed Visual Studio.net. I have tried to move over an ASP.Net application that I wrote in my old PC.<br />

Every time I try to compile this I get the following error:<br />

Unable to start debugging on the web seerver.<br />
<br />
The message asks me to check that the web.config url debug is set to true, which it is.<br />
<br />
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
