• Outlook XP
• Windows 2000 on 2000 server network with file server
• NO exchange server

We would like one PC (sorter) to receive emails, then move them to where other users (destination) on the network can access them.

We tried using rules and PSTs in a shared network folder, but no good because the sorter PC 'locks' the PST file from the destination users accessing it.

What might be a better way to automate this?
