troubleshooting Question

data moving to another hard drive

my hdd is configured as follows :
partition     total     free     os
c:            1.94gb    944mb    win98se
d:            2.92gb    1.11gb   win2kserver
e:            4.87gb    548mb    programs
f:            4.87gb    122mb    database
g:            4.333gb   586mb    backups
h:                               cdrom

now i want to move this same partition data to
my new hdd which is 40gb.

here are the partition i have created and i want to move my data and os do that i dont have to reinstall everything
all over again.

please help me n suggest me on what to do.

partitions for 40gb hdd.
c: 5gb   - same as c in old hdd i want.
d: 5gb   - same as d in old hdd i want.
e: 10gb  - same as programs in old to copy.
f: 5gb   - same data to be moved here from old.
g: 3gb   - its ok
h: 2gb   - its ok
i: 5gb   - linux... so not a worry.
