Our sister company has an Exchange Server.  We access that Server via a T1 line with an Outlook client (the two companies are about 4 blocks away from one another) - no problems.

But I (or anyone else) can't access my e-mail with a browser (ie. IE5.5) from my office.  We have a Border Manager set up as a firewall, and I open up Border to allow anything to pass.  And still nothing.  Do I have to do something with SMTP on Border?  Or they have to do something with the exchange server?  I can't figure out what is blocking us from accessing the Exchange Server via the Web?

I can access other Web e-mail via a web browser from my office - no problems.

If I go home or to another part of the building with a real IP#s, I can access my e-mail account on the Exchange Server, using a browser - no problems.

* * * Could be part of this same problem or different:

Currently we are running ccMail on our side.  We are moving to our sister's exchange server in the next few months.

We can exchange e-mail via our address books via the T1 line - no problems.

I can send them an external e-mail (via the web) - no problems.

They can't send me an external e-mail?
