Prof, I am not familiar with ISE 3.54. &nbsp;I have only used IS 7.0 and I've never used the web packaging options. &nbsp;I know they are possible because I always see other peoples packages, and of course IS advertises on every package.

Installation is the act of making a computer program program ready for execution.
