Problem regarding taking time to start Windows 2000 server

Dear Sir,

I would like to ask some serious problem which I supposed to facing these days.I just brought a Pentium IV based PC at home.Earlier it had Windows 98 installed by the Vendor but after that I formatted it and installed Windows 2000 server in it.It has SQL server,IIS and other services configured in it.

Actually the problem with the system is when I starts the Windows 2000 server,it displays the Login(Administrator) screen quite fast, but when I just pressed Ctrl+Alt+Del keys together then after that it takes a quite long time to start the Windows and return to windows Desktop screen.
i even Defragmented the system with the system drives but that solution not worked.

Tell me what is the actual problem so that after pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del keys together why it took so much time even to return to windows Desktop screen.

Kindly look into my matter and please suggest me the suitable solution.
Looking forward for the answer.

Thanks and Regards
Milind Singh

Everything is Ok. It takes time to start services like SQL server and IIS.
Memory size ? more memory could be necessary ...

Memory : with your configuration you need 512 Mo or more ...
