ISP billing software Freeside requires a "seperate iteration of apache"

500 points to anyone who can provide detailed instructions on how to run two different copies of apache (a main one, and the freeside one) on the one machine, with different config files, and installation into /etc/init.d/rc.d/ so "service freeside-httpd start" can be used.

System is RedHat 7.3, with Apache 1.3.23 + mod_perl + php + mod_ssl compiled, installed and running.

Thanks in Advance.
