I have an application that reads two recordsets then updates another recordset. The edited code snippet is below:

Do While Not lvrstAdvEffect.EOF  [This is the second loop (and 2nd recordset) for data to add to the 3rd recordset]

lvrstHAgenda.AddNew             [Add a new record to the recordset]

            lvrstHAgenda("BoardName") = lvBoardName
            lvrstHAgenda("MeetingDate") = lvrstTemp("MeetingDate")
            lvrstHAgenda("Protocol") = lvrstTemp("Protocol")

            lvrstHAgenda("Notes") = lvrstTemp("Notes")                            [this is a memo field]
            lvrstHAgenda("Description") = lvrstAdvEffect("Description")   [this is a memo field]

            lvrstHAgenda("Quantity") = lvrstAdvEffect("Quantity")
            lvrstHAgenda.Update

            lvrstAdvEffect.MoveNext

        Loop

The problem is that only the first memo field is actually updated. I have even tried to load a literal into the Description memo field but to know avail. A debug statement immediately following the assignment  shows both recordsets with the proper value.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
