Graphics look bad when using AOL connection

I recently constructed a page using Image Ready.  I checked the page on several different computers and it loads reasonably fast and the graphics look fine.  However, whenever I download it with an AOL connection the graphics look horrible.  I saved it as optimized.  Does Image Ready not work well with AOL?

Here's ther URL.  Maybe somebody can check it with their AOL connection.

Common question. AOL tries to speed things up by displaying gritty images. Most people hate this and end up turning it off in the preferences.

DarkSkies, I went into the preferences area and the web graphics setting was always compressed graphics.  So I changed it to never compress.

To answer your question about which browser I use - I.E. 6.0.
