Motherboard halts when all the slots are filled with RAM.

My Raffles motherboard (07/03/2000-440BX-ITE8671-2A69KV3IC-00) does not support 128x3 MB Ram. I Installed 3 128MB (133Mhz SDRAM) DIMMs into 3 available slots. System halted without any error. (RAMs are good) Motherboard is working only when two DIMMs are installed. What can I do. Do I have to upgrade the BIOS if so How? Help me in this problem. Thank you

In order to upgrade the BIOS, it has to support flash EPROM. Go to the mfgr's website to see if you can flash it.

Please describe in more detail "system halted"
