Windows Media Player (full screen)

I formatted my C-Drive and reinstalled WindowsXP this week.  Now, when I try to play a video in the full screen mode with Windows Media Player, the player will go in full mode but the video is still the same size.  I did not have this problem before, how can I fix this?
Thank you!

What version of Media Player have you got? (7/8/9b)
Are you able to right-click and select 100% 200%?
Have you looked on Windows Update for updated drivers etc?
I always DVD movies on windows media.

Try when you are playing what ever just press

ALT + ENTER

At the same time.

I hope this helps.

Also try GO INTO RUN -> Type MPLAYER 2

this is a lot easier to use.
