Open Corel draw files(.cdr) with photoshop
Can you tell me a plugin or anything else to open corel draw (.cdr) files with photoshop
If the CDR file doesnt open and convert, and you cant place it on a PS canvas via the Place command, you cant import it. There are no plugins to do so. Youll have to open it in corel draw and export it as something usable.

Another good way of opening Corel Files into Photoshop, but I wont gurantee the results.
1: Select all the items
2: Corel Draw... Export as EPS... Selected items only
3: In Photoshop, open the EPS file.
4: Give it a DPI value as it will raster to a bitmap. (Will be converted to pixels)
Colours maybe off, a bit of fune tuning of the Corel EPS Export might help.
Alternativly... Use Adobe Acrobat.
Print the file to Acrobat in Corel. (makes a PDF)
Import the PDF into Photoshop. (Will be converted to pixels)
This can be more reliable with colouring and complexity.

You could also consider
1- Selecting all the items in Corel Draw
2- Ctrl + C
3- Open Adobe Illustrator and paste.
This way, if there are any vector components from corel draw, these will be preserved in illustrator and from there onwards, you can copy and paste from Illustrator to photoshop. Ofcourse this will then rasterise the contents into a single layer.
