form in excel and storing the data in ascii file

Hi,
Whether I can create a Form using Excel with the help of vba and then later store the data entered into an ascii file by clicking a button? if possible how?

If you are using the VBA form to populate the Excel spreadsheet you can use:

ThisWorkbook.SaveAs "NewFile.csv", xlCSV

to save the file to a comma separated ascii file.
yup that is a possibility.

or else you can export the data from the excel sheet and save it as text file (MSDOS text)
