step by step icon creation
I need step by step icon creation instructions that are clear to a novice mac user, who now has the adobe photoshop live motion et al, on 10.2.2...I want to create icons from photos, and replace existing icons on my toolbar,
also I'd like to replace the 'hourglass' with a photo of my own

none of these option work:
either don't work with my photos
don't yet work in 10.2
aren't the step by step descitption I need. I did hwave a walkthru, but it supposed to great a knowledge of Photoshop 7.0 and live motion...

I guess I can create the icon, but do not know how to associate it to a program or folder. I want to change the itunes icon in the dock, for example to a photo icon I create, or use my own icon for a folder...
