Applet Components not visible after removeAll()

What i am trying to do is to show one panel with components and hold user for input.After it , i remove the input pannel(by calling removeall) and display another panell with other components .But this new panel is not displayed in browser.In appletviewer , if i maximize the appletviewer window, the new panel becomes visible other wise its invisible. Any idea ??

Cause you need to tell the applet to lay out it's components after you have made changes. Use the validate() method to instruct the layout to occur, see the javadoc for a method description.
If you still have problem, then post your code.
