outlook return receipt's not working

jjwiv used Ask the Experts™
I am sending an e-mail from Outlook Express 6 which requests a return receipt.  The person I am sending it to is running Outlook 2000 on an Exchange server.  When the person opens my e-mail they do not see my request for a return receipt.  Is there a setting in Outlook 2000 that needs to be changed so they can agree to send me a return receipt?

Thanks in advance - John

It is possible that their Exchnage server is setup to block automatic replies to the Internet.

meintsi - The box is checked in the "process request upon arrival".

jjmck - As for the Exchange server what can be changed to not block automatic replies.
