If i put a textbox on a form and enter employee name in textbox at RUN TIME, then how to write PARAMETERIZED query in command object to generate a RUNTIME report while dealing with Sql Server-2000 ?

 Plese send me code along with the method to do this?

  To conclude, user enters some thing in a textbox while running the application and report showing the details pertaining to only that value entered by the user( say employee name or student name)should come ?
