That information should be supplied to you by your network administrator. There is no quick-fix answer or utility that will find it for you.

One thing you could try is to use nslookup, either on your local machine or a web based service and look for Mail Server (mx) records in your domain. Although this might help, you really ought to ask your system administrator.

Here is a simple nslookup that I like.
http://www.zoneedit.com/lookup.html

It is most likely to be "smtp.your ISP or domain name". or "mail.your ISP or Domain name". examples: mail.mydomain.com or smtp.mydomain.net etc.
