Is it possible to create a search that users can type in multiple keywords in the field but without typing any boolean, like AND?  If so, how can I do it?

Right of the searchbar, there's an option "More".
Click the button "Multiple words". I don't thing you'll get it to work like google (=all of the entered words as if AND was used)

thanks CRAK, but I just want to make sure about this "multiple words" option, because I am not quite understand... what's this "multiple words" option for?  An user still have to put in AND in the keyword field?
if you don't put in "AND" you need to use a COMMA to separate search terms.

If you create a custom search form, you can do that via a field translation formula for them.
