Help.  I received an e-mail, with attachment,in my Outlook Express from a friend. When I click on the 'paper-clip to view/download the attachment, I get the "one-liner" which says " OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail: fwd-fw"...followed by the subject line.  How do I "undo" this blockage to allow me to see the attachment.  I never asked for it in the first place....Many thanks

in outlook express, go to tools, options, security, and uncheck the box "do not allow attachments to be saved or opened...."
Be careful... this is the way viruses creep in!
Make sure you have all the MS Outlook Security Updates and Fixes.
Right click on the paperclip and chose "save attachment" ( I think thats what it says) and save it to a disk, or somewhere on your computer.  Becareful, like menagerie said, it could be a virus.  After you save it, try and scan it for viruses.
Awarding the question to stevenlewis, although both other respondents contributed good advice.
