I bought and IBM TP T20 from someone and I think the modem is dead, atleast it is not working.<br />

I bought a replacment modem for this model from ebay and I don't really want to open it up without some guidence.<br />

Do any of you have any documentation or know a website that has step-by-step procedures to do this?<br />

I apologize if this questions has been answered before but I could not find it.<br />

I work with PC's often but this is the first time really working on a laptop. I have installed memory before.<br />
