Importing Lotus Customised fields Into Outlook Customised Contact Fields
I used to use Lotus Approach for all my contacts. I have now changed my day to day contact system to Outlook 2000.
In Outlook, I have created a customised contact form with the same specific fields that I used to use in Lotus Approach.
I can easily create new contacts using the new custom contact fields, but I can't import my Lotus contacts to the Outlook custom fields.
Every way I attempt this, it always imports to the Outlook Default Contact Fields.
I've been trying to cure this for weeks without success. I am desperate for help. Anyone out there up to the challenge???
