What is OSA.EXE ?

1) This is for XP but the same applies for all versions...

2) I guess you dont have admin access to the local machine after you log onto your domain... Log on locally (Local Machine) and Right Click My Computer > Click Manage > Find the Admin Group and Add the user from the domain that you use to log onto that machine with.

Log off and re-logon with the domain account.
