My Visual basic application, which I installed using Installshield, works fine when I try to run it under the account under which it was created, which is the administrator account.If I log off and log back on under a different account that also belongs to the local administrator's group and try to run my app,windows installer pops up and prompts for the office 2000 CD.If I hit cancel about a dozen times,it opens up my application.<br />

Here is one of the warning messages I recieved in the application log.<br />

Windows Installer Pops up when trying to run an app under different user account

Windows 2000 is an operating system for use on both client and server computers. It is the successor to Windows NT 4.0, and is the last version of Microsoft Windows to display the "Windows NT" designation. Four editions of Windows 2000 were released (Professional, Server, Advanced Server, and Datacenter Server) that shared a core set of features, including many system utilities such as the Microsoft Management Console. The Windows 2000 Server family includes support for Active Directory services, Distributed File System and fault-redundant storage volumes.
