Ever since I downloaded the latest Microsoft updates for Outlook Express, I have been unable to open any attachments sent with emails. I get an error message saying &quot;OE removed access to unsafe attachments....etc&quot;. I have Windows 98. Please can you help me!

Ever since I downloaded the latest Microsoft updates for Outlook Express, I have been unable to open any attachments sent with emails. I get an error message saying "OE removed access to unsafe attachments....etc". I have Windows 98. Please can you help me!

OE will not allow access to any attachments
