I am running a Terminal Services server at a remote location in app mode.  I can log in as administrator with no problems.  However when I log in as anyone except administrator I get the following error...

The title of the popup window is "User Environment"
The error message is "Windows cannot log you on because your roaming mandatory profile is not available. Contact your network administrator.
DETAIL - The system cannot find the file specified."

The server I am connecting to is a running Active Directory, and like I sad TS is in app mode.  Anyone have any ideas?

-From the TS does opening \\server\profilepath\username work ?
-If it does...... Try defining the TS profile path to the location...
Log on as Administrator

Right click on My Computer, click on Properties then click on the User Profiles tab. Check profile types if set to roaming change to local.

Check under AD users and computer, user properties, Terminal services profile.

Backup c:\Documents and settings any user profile that you plan to delete/recreate. Delete User profiles.

Well I am trying to set this up remotely with a guy over the phone and apparently something was wrong with the path.  Thanks for your help.
