windows 2000 server bkup

Have just installed w2k server. im trying to back it up using windows backup. but every night when it kicks of the task it asked for user input to commit the job, before starting. (but not being there at 2 in themorning there is no one around to comit). is there any way of stopping this happening.

For a scheduled backup to run (without having to say yes to whether you want to overwrite the existing data) you must have inserted the correct tape into the drive.
This means the media label on the tape must be the same as the one in the scheduled job.
Before using a tape for automatic backup label it to your liking and then setup the job to use that tape.
