HTML supported in Outlook 98, it seems.
if you don't need the full functionality of Outlook97 use Outlook Express ... will show HTML messages

I just want OutLook 97. Any more helps?
Outlook 97 can neither send nor receive HTML.

If your organization has Exchange Server 5.5, then you should have Outlook 98, maybe even Outlook 2000.  I know OL98 was included in one of the SPs for ES55.  It's a free updgrade to all EE clients.

Check with you Exchange Administrator.

Is it possible that Exchange has been set not to relay HTML emails but only plain text?
markhov,

>>>Is it possible that Exchange has been set not to relay HTML emails but only plain text?<<<

This doesn't matter.  It is impossible for Outlook 97 to send/receive HTML formatted EMail.  See the link in my previous post for more details.
