Windows Media Player buffering live stream connection problems?

Hey Guys,
I'm having a problem connecting to a live stream for a radio station in Israel: http://gifs.msn.co.il/media/glz.asx - Using Windows Media Player. All it says when it tries to play the second part (there are 2 .asx files, but the first is just a brief advertisement), is "BUFFERING..." in the bottom of the window. I've tried going to tools->options->network and changing the buffer from "default" to 1 second (the absolute minimum), but that didn't help. I also tried setting the network receive ports to 7000-7007 and also upgrading to Windows Media Player 9, but neither of these helped. It used to work a few days ago, but stopped working today. Any ideas on what's wrong or how to fix it? Is it a problem with their stream or is there something I can fix on my end? Or, perhaps, is there another .asx file player out there? I'd really appreciate some help.

Thanks,
Thomas

I know - it used to work, but not anymore. Now I can't even connect whenever I try. I emailed the company and they said that they have only 3000 possible slots for listeners, but I find it really hard to believe that whenever I try the link (at all sorts of times of day)I can't get through period. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Thomas
