my celeron 667 is running at 105 degrees farhenheit with a system temperature of 91f.  Would that seem to be okay with an outside temp of 75f?  I'm running 3 fans and one is one of those 2coolpc deals with the plastic tube.

according to intel, your CPU max temp is 82' C. Currently your chip is running at 40.5' C, which is under the recommended temperature by 5'. I'd say your plenty safe as far as temperature goes.

As saxman says, an Intel's die temp is located around 90 degrees Celsius. If his conversion is correct (i.e. 40.5 degrees Celsius) you have absolutely nothing to worry about. For a Celeron that's normal operating temp.

Commented:
die temp doesn't mean your CPU 'dies', it's the temp when your CPU knows something is wrong and either lowers its operating speed or shuts itself down until cooled off.
