The browser cache will not clear. What should i do?

start -> all programs -> accessories -> system tools -> disk cleanup -> make sure that temp internet files are selected for deletion.

Also control panel -> internet options -> delete files -> delete all offline content
(im assuming that you already did this.

there should be a religion where we pray to the techs.
If the already described built-in options won't work try to delete your offline internet content manually.

By default you will find the files (and cookies) in the following folder:

c:\documents and settings\your login name\local settings\temporary internet files\


Special Notes:
-"your login name" is the name you use to log on to your xp system, e.g. "Administrator"
-The "local settings" folder is hidden!

Due to undefined ACL's for the files inside that folder (and the folder itself) you should not run into any problems deleting the files because of missing privileges (full control!).
