SOS: Could Not start the MySql service (Error 1067)

Greetings and SOS to all,

Someone PLEASE HELP ME OUT .... I go into the services, and when I try to start the MySQL service it tells me Could Not start the MySql service on local computer Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectidedly.......... Could someone PLEASE tell me what is up with it?

endium, it seems that you are using MySQL and not MS SQL Server. Note that the current topic area is MSSQL, and that you should rather post your question in the MySQL dedicated topic area.

Anyway, check here:
http://www.mysql.com/doc/en/NT_start.html
: The answer is to install in c:\mysql (the default location) installing in c:\program files\mysql <...> seems to result in the error 1067 problem <...>

Thus, try to install mysql to C:\program files\mysql, and report if this helps
