Print address book complete contact list.

I am wondering if there is a way in Notes R5 to print all contacts in your address book in one action. The printout needs to include Name, phone and email address.

Thanks.

Open Contact Form and Copy fields that you want to be printed.

Then create a new form, and paste these fields into the form, name the form and save it.

Then select the documents that you want to print, and choose form override, to select the newly created form as print template. You are all set.

Wouldn't that generate loads of paper with on each sheet just 3 lines printed?
Why dont you create a simple view with whatever you want and print the view !

:-)
That's what I suggested (well... export, not print)
Thanks for the points DWR!

Arunkumar,
I appreciate your help and advice but CRAK is right he was the 1st with the create a view so Hence I gave him the points. I guess I should of accepted his answer sooner.
Hey Dont worry DWR. We are kidding as usual.  Well did you try to print off the view instead of exporting the view ?

That might have saved you one step off from CRAKs suggestion.

;-)
You forgot to suggest a "for Arunkumar"-question with lots of points...
LOL

And that proves Arun is right: we're kidding as usual....

I am new here and will watch out for you from now on on a side note hmmm... maybe... I should have taken the points.
Arunkumar yeah I didn't bother exporting it but it didn't print exactly how I wanted it to so I fudged it by doing print screens. I am going to play with it some more later to see if it prints better, but this is good for now. Right now I am busy configuring RF scanners we just got a whole slew in. It's very boring.
