It's actually part of Turbo Pascal.  If you have Turbo Pascal it's there inside the Turbo.Tpl file.  You can use it without having to put uses Printer at the beginning of the file.

sorry, I only have left my OWN TPUs, but if you tell me which compiler's version you are looking for, and I have it (3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 5.5, 6, BP7, TPW 1.0, D1, D2...), I would be glad to send it to you

You can write it yourself.

UNIT PRINTER;

Then you compile it and have a printer.tpu. The original doesn't do anything more
