Filter HTML email in Outlook 2000

I've got a bunch of spam filters that I've setup to filter out spam. The problem is that they don't seem to work on HTML emails. Even if the word I'm filtering on is in the HTML somewhere, it doesn't seem to filter it out. Is there a way to filter an email that has HTML in it?

Those all seem to be to convert my email to text. Which is pretty cool too, but I just want to be able to filter them, not convert them. Is there any way to do that?
