Perl CGI on a Windows 9x Platform?

Is it possible that I can program and test CGI scripts written in Perl using windows 98 only? I found a Win 95 Perl binary distribution and am testing it at home (seems to work fine =) ). It also includes the module CGI.pm for working with cgi web pages.

However, I have no idea how I can start developing/testing cgi scripts using my computer with win98.

My suggestion would be to install IndigoPerl http://www.indigostar.com/indigoperl.htm

This includes an apache server which is preconfigured to run Perl CGI scripts.  Makes things very simple for you.
