Customized batch file menu...URGENT!!!!

Here, the "GOTO START" commands make the menu loop until you exit it, as you requested

For the windows 3.1 thing, you can use these commands:
echo - to print a message to the screen
pause - asks for a user to "press any key"

Can you take it from here or do you need further assistance with this? All that's really left is to change the menu text and to place your specific file locations.
One reason I'm doing this is that you mentioned in your profile that you are a student and I've seen lots of similar school projects. There is a policy not to give students complete answers as it is considered cheating, and thus, a violation of member guidelines.
We'll be glad to answer any specific questions you have, but giving more than this is really pushing it. I actually changed my post after seeing "student" in your profile - I hope you understand.
