A stupid question I know, but it's very annoying that I'm the only developer that can't use the scroll button to look through my code, and no one knows how to turn it on.

Can someone help me?

Install Microsoft Intellimouse Drivers.

This is presuming you want to get the wheel working within the VB-IDE - if you want to get it to work within your own programs, you'll have to subclass the form and look for WM_MOUSEWHEEL messages.

In the lower left-hand corner of your code window there are two buttons.  If you hover your mouse over them, they should say either Procedure View or Full Module View.  Click on the one that says Full Module View.

D'oh!  I guess I didn't read the question very well, eh?

It was one or the other - very often someone asks for something that two people would interpret as two separate things, so if that was what was being asked, my answer wouldn't have been much use!  :-)
