I have an IBM 300PL with and Adaptec SCSI card, 128 MB RAM, 450MHz Pentium 2 processor. I have a SCSI CD-ROM drive and I was wondering how to install windows 98 from it? The SCSI BIOS finds both the SCSI HD and the SCSI CD-ROM drive without a problem. So configuring the SCSI drives isn't a problem.
The main problem is intalling windows. I'm not an expert with windows so this is all new to me. Can someone point me in the right direction.
I have a boot floppy the came with the Windows CD, and also another boot floppy that I have made.
I'll add that there is only a few files on the drive right now. (Command.com, FDISK, Edit.com, Config.sys, MSCDEX, etc.. but NO OS!!!)
