In IE, go to tools, internet options, advanced, and check disable script debugging
this is put there for web designers, to check their scripts. the error is on the website page, and not your machine

Commented:
actually isnt the option actually the: "Display a notification about every script error" option?
so go to tools->internet options->advanced->uncheck "Display notification (....)"
script debugging is the one that shows the "a runtime error has occurred do u want to debug?"

I guess it depends on wich version of IE
I have 6, and it has both, but if debugging is disabled, then obviously it won't display LOL

Commented:
hm.. actually it does seem to show the error dialogue if debugging is off but display(...) is on
ah i think ur right tho.. its probably dependent on ie version
