try to download the latest driver and install

This is an error in one of your DEVICE drivers.  It's quite possible it's your VIDEO DRIVER but it could be something else as well.

1) Did this just start recently?  If so, did you recently install or update anything?  If so, try uninstalling that new thing.

2) Does this happen with ALL games or only some?  If some or one, perhaps your system doesn't meet the requirements for the game(s) in question.

3) Is your COOLING working properly?  High-temp. problems can manifest themselves in many ways.

I have GF4 Ti4200 and drivers are version 40.72, sp3 is also installed.

is it happened when after installing sp3?
couz i have an experience that after installing sp3, there is a vga problem.

1) It keeping doing this about 2-3 weeks. I only updates software during this time. VGA and soundcard (SBLive Value).

2) Usually after this new Splinter Cell demo and sometimes after Morrowind and NOLF2.

3) Cooling is OK

My PC is: AMD1900+, DDR512, GF4Ti4200, Samsung 60Gb... I got this machine about 5 weeks ago. SP3 is been there from the beginning.

Try downloading the latest direct x from microsoft, see if that fixes it:

I change that NVidia VGA driver 40.72 back to 30.82 and didn't see bluescreen yet (few hours playing and testing?) I hope that is solution!

I didn't change DirectX, i have 8.1 currently.
