What are the differences between an ATI Radeon VE and an ATI Radeon All-In-Wonder 7500 besides the fact that the VE is PCI and the 7500 is AGP?  Also is there any performance differences between AGP or PCI graphics cards?

AGP is very much preferable to PCI.

For one thing, if the graphics card is on the PCI bus, then it has to share resources with the sound card and pretty much every other device in the system, which can lead to VERY choppy sound and graphics in situations where both are being used a lot.  Also, the AGP port provides more bandwidth than the PCI slot, so the graphics card gets even more dedicated access.  To top it all off, at this point AGP cards are actually cheaper than PCI cards.  Hope this summary makes sense.
