"no processor bios update found"

getting message "no processor bios update found" when booting up ibm netvista desktops (3 of them)tried falshing the bios from old to new, and cleared the cmos.
any ideas would be greatful!!

   1. Run setup. Check stepping level for the BIOS level needed, then perform the flash update.
   2. Processor
