resting monitor refresh rate in regedit
I changed my settings for the refresh rate to 80 hz and my monitor does not accepte it and I thought that it would just go back to 60hz, but it did not. Now all i can do is boot in to vga mode in Windows NT I can not boot in to the other mode because my monitor does not support it. I have tried diffrent monitors did not work.
I thought that mabey I could go in to regedit and change the video settings to do 60hz. But I do not know the path does some one know the path.
Or can some one mabey tell me how i can reset it to 800x600 60hz that would work to.
One more thing i am not log in as admin and can not log in as admin. I am log in as a user, thou i can not install new driver ect... but have access to regedit(i can not reset the regedit that would be bad) and cmd prompt.

This answer is right, but with admin access not able to use I had to export the key and change the key in noet pad. Then I had to find Admin access and merge the key in to the registry.
