How to create a mailbox so that it will not replicate to other sites?

I would like to create a mailbox on my Exchange 5.5 SP4 server and have it not replicate to any other servers in the org.  Is there a setting I can change somewhere that will prevent replication of just this 1 mailbox?

Mailboxes do not replicate to any other servers.  Or are you talking about the other servers in the org not knowing that the mailbox exists?  What is your server/site configuration?

If you're talking about preventing it from replicating thru the directory, you might try hiding it from the address list. I think that will do it.

I need to user to be able to access the mailbox and when you hide the mailbox you can't connect to it from OWA or Outlook.  I was hoping there might be an attribute that could be set in RAW mode that would prevent a newly created mailbox from replicating to all the other servers in the org.

I'll ask and see if there is such an animal :)

IIRC, if you set the trust level of the recipient above the trust level of the connectors, then the recipient will not replicate.  It has been a long time since I've had to play with that, and I don't have anything here that I can test it with, but it's worth a shot
