XP tries connecting to IGMP.MCAST.NET, why?

Every time I start WinXP, my firewall (TinyPersonal) alerts me that:
"Application: 'Tcpip Kernel Driver'; protocol: [2]; Remote address IGMP.MCAST.NET []: Unknown event"

I seem to recall protocol 2 beeing ARP, but that doesn't really matter. My question is, why would the TCPIP kernel in WinXP try to connect to IGMP.MCAST.NET? Microsoft isn't affiliated with MCAST as far as I know. Can anyone shed some light on this?
